Rally NSW 2000 - The team bounces back in Rally NSW after dissappointing Day 1.

2nd Aussie Car Class Australian Championship

Second in Aussie class and 19th outright was a fitting reward for an outstanding effort from the whole 3..2..1..GO! Rallying! team after an offroad excursion on Day 1 in Rally NSW 2000. The service crew were able to repair what was some quite major, but non-structural damage to the 3..2..1..GO! Rallying Commodore ute. The strength and durability of the "Aussie" built Holden Commodore was the difference between starting and not starting Day 2.

Pyyvaara commented "I was caught out on a corner while at maximum attack and slid off the road - up until that point the team work in car was simply fantastic - we were having a really good go. To come back on Day 2 and to finish only 15 seconds from the winning car of Peter Menzies on these fast roads was excellent. A new motor for Melbourne will be that difference."

As in Qld the spectacular sight of the Aussie Cars was what the spectators were waiting for. The 3..2..1..GO! Rallying! ute was a definate crowd pleaser with the roar of the crowds at all spectator points audible from within the car.

For all the fans of Ralph the rally dog , you will be pleased to know he is recovering well and was able to attend the presentation evening - he is keen and raring to go for the next round of the Australian Rally Championship in Melbourne on the 26th/27th of August.

3..2..1..GO! Rallying is proudly supported by Rallytorque, Chiptorque, PerFOURmance Motorsports, Revolution Racegear, 80's Commodore Wreckers, Hinterland Exhausts, Gizmo Teamwear, Mobil, Courier Solutions and On the Net.
